Parcel Dispatch from Vadodara, on the same day of the order and parcel delivery depends on the delivery location. Parcel delivery is calculated between the time spane to deliver from Vadodara to XYZ customers location.
Your order qualifies for free delivery if you order Assured products worth Rs. 499 and above. If your order value for Assured products is less than Rs. 499, a delivery fee will be charged as per location.

As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Damage / Defective / Short Product
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, send us a parcel opening video highlighting the defect or damaged product & box label to customer support Team. We will process the refund within 24 hours. You should report this issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To cancel before dispatch, users can send a WhatsApp message with an order ID to WhatsApp no. Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are initiated within 3 business days.
